Status of the company

OMNI Capital Ltd is a company incorporated in Switzerland in 2025 and currently in its pre-launch phase. It is not authorised or supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and is not affiliated to a supervisory organisation. It holds no licence under the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), the Financial Services Act (FinSA), the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA) or the Banking Act, and it performs no activity for which such a licence is required.

As matters stand today, OMNI Capital Ltd does not manage individual portfolios for clients, does not manage collective assets, does not provide financial services within the meaning of FinSA, does not accept deposits from the public and does not accept, solicit, receive or hold funds or financial instruments belonging to any third party. It manages only its own capital.

About the service described on this website

This website describes a discretionary portfolio management service under the heading 'Approach'. That description is of a service OMNI Capital Ltd intends to provide once it is authorised. It is not a description of anything the company does today, and it is not available to anyone at present.

In particular, and for the avoidance of any doubt: no mandate can be entered into, no portfolio can be managed for a third party and no client funds or financial instruments can be accepted, until a portfolio manager licence has been granted by FINMA and affiliation to a recognised supervisory organisation is in place. Any communication with the company before that point, including any enquiry made through this website, creates no contractual relationship and no entitlement to any service.

Where the service description refers to assets being held at a regulated custodian in the client's own name, with authority to trade the account and have the agreed fee debited while only the client can pay out or transfer assets, that describes the intended arrangement. The choice of custodian, the terms of any mandate and the fees payable would be agreed in writing with each client individually, and none of them are settled by anything published here.

Everything said here about intentions, plans and timing is forward-looking. It reflects present expectations, which depend on regulatory decisions, market conditions and business circumstances outside our control. It is not a promise, it carries no timetable, actual outcomes may differ materially and we assume no obligation to update it.

Every figure in it – gross and net exposure, drawdown, value at risk, largest position and margin utilisation, and the limits shown beside them – is illustrative only. The numbers describe no actual portfolio, no actual position and no actual period. They are not performance, not a target and not an indication of how any portfolio has behaved or would behave.

The internal systems those illustrations depict were designed to OMNI Capital Ltd's specification and are exclusively licensed to it. They are used for its own decision support and operations. They are not products: the company does not sell them, license them to anyone else or offer them as a service to third parties, and no representation is made about their availability, performance or fitness for any purpose.
